Review of Ontario Interties

The IESO is conducting a stakeholder initiative to help inform a report that has been requested by the Minister of Energy to identify any impacts and opportunities that might exist within Ontario interties to support the demand and reliability requirements of the power system.

Stakeholders are asked to provide input on any new or existing out-of-province opportunities to be considered to help meet Ontario's demand and reliability requirements and/or any barriers that might exist in considering these options for Ontario's electricity market.

All stakeholders are invited to provide input through email to stakeholder.engagement@ieso.ca.

Input will be considered by the IESO and OPA in the development of its joint report to the Minister. The letter from the Minister is also posted below.
