Electricity Planning for Toronto
Electricity demand in the city of Toronto is rising quickly. The IESO is in a new round of electricity planning to identify actions needed to ensure a reliable supply of electricity to the city for years to come. 2026 APO Demand Forecast
The IESO’s 2026 demand forecast projects significant increases in electricity demand throughout Ontario in the coming decades.
