ESAG webinar to review changes to grid connection requirements, materials online

The IESO is proposing to update performance requirements for generation and electricity storage units connecting directly to the IESO-controlled grid (Market Rule Chapter 4, Appendix 4.2 and 4.3).
An overview of the draft changes will be presented and discussed at the July 23 Energy Storage Advisory Group webinar, from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. All interested stakeholders are welcome to join. Registration is online.
Meeting materials are posted on the ESAG webpage. The draft amendments will be posted on the same page in the next few days. The IESO is seeking stakeholder input on this early draft to help direct these potential Market Rule amendments.
