Ontario Electricity Rebate draft market manuals posted

The new Ontario Electricity Rebate (OER) commenced on November 1, 2019 and will be applied to bills for most residential consumers, farms and many small businesses. As previously communicated, the IESO will hold a webinar for LDCs and USMPs to further explain the reporting requirements and address changes made to the IESO’s settlement forms for the Regulated Price Plan (RPP) and the OER.
Changes related to the RPP and OER submissions have been posted on the IESO’s market rules pending changes web page for review.
