Contract review directive: Third party selected

The IESO has selected Charles River Associates as the third party retained to review generation contracts in accordance with a recent directive. In addition to the third-party review, the IESO has also begun seeking feedback from contract counterparties on potential cost-saving opportunities.
The IESO will report back to the Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines on key findings and recommendations resulting from the review by February 28, 2020 and will continue to keep stakeholders updated.
