Final Regulation Service RFP documents are now available

The final versions of the procurement documents relating to the Regulation Service RFP are now available on the Regulation Service RFP webpage. Documents include the Regulation Service Request for Proposals, the Contract, prescribed forms and an FAQ document.
The Regulation Service RFP and Contract have been revised based on feedback received from stakeholders during the draft comment period. Black-lined documents showing any changes from draft to final have been posted, along with a Feedback Summary document that outlines the IESO’s responses to the feedback received.

- September 28, 2017 (3:00 pm): Proposal submission deadline

With the posting of the final documents and activation of the proposal submission period, all questions pertaining to the procurement must be emailed to RegulationRFP@ieso.ca.
