Requirements were revised to exactly match the words in the NERC standard, including the NERC Functional Model Entity; and a Certification Statement has been added. Revised the form into the new format of the "Requirements" form that better reflects the scope of the Reliability Compliance Program and the new roles and processes involved using the Reliability Compliance Tool. The entire form has also been reviewed, including the NERC standard versions applicable during the reporting period and the requirements have been revised to align with the NERC standard to ensure consistency. Appendix A has been removed as this information is no longer required.
