TDRP Milestones and Stakeholdering
The Transitional Demand Response Program (TDRP) was first introduced to the Market Advisory Council on
February 18, 2004. In its
Action Plan on Demand Response, the IESO included the concept of the TDRP
(formerly known as the Economic Demand Response Program) as a key feature in the plan.
TDRP Milestones
The IESO’s Board of Directors approved the development of the TDRP on June 18, 2004. The Board requested
they be provided with a report on the nature of
program applications prior to making any final selection.

IESO will notify first round applicants of their acceptance into the TDRP. |

IESO will notify second round applicants of their acceptance into the TDRP. |
| July 5, 2005 |
Commissioning of all TDRP projects begins any time after notification of acceptance. |
| April 15, 2007 |
Conclusion of TDRP. Projects will receive TDRP payments for two years from their commissioning date. All projects will cease receiving TDRP payments on April 15, 2007. |
