Resolute FP Canada Inc. applied to OEB for an order to amend Market Rules relating to qualifications to participate in DR Auctions

Resolute FP Canada Inc. has applied to the Ontario Energy Board for an order directing the Independent Electricity System Operator to amend the Market Rules relating to the qualifications for participating in Demand Response Auctions.
