Change to Hourly Nodal Pricing Report

The IESO will be making a change to the Hourly Nodal Pricing Report on December 7 to publish a new representative shadow price for the southwest zone. The Hourly Nodal Pricing Report is not used for market settlements, but provides a representative indication of the relative cost of generation in each of Ontario’s electrical zones based on transmission limitations and system conditions relative to generation and load.
This report is updated weekly, and is found in the historical reports section of the Data Directory webpage. The IESO publishes all Ontario shadow prices here.
