This engagement update provides a snapshot of all active IESO engagement activities and is updated on a monthly basis. It helps support a greater understanding of linkages between engagements, and a foundation for more comprehensive and integrated updates.
The IESO will provide an update on the IESO’s program and remind participants of the applicable market rules coming into effect end of the year. The session will also communicate evolving preferences (requirements) related to the reporting rate of data sent to the IESO.
The IESO will inform stakeholders of an upcoming change to the interchange schedule code, MrNH (Miso Ramp/New York Hour-Ahead Market) which relates to managing intertie transactions between Ontario and the corresponding jurisdictions.
The IESO will provide an update on prioritizing future enhancements, discuss upcoming Market Rule amendments and review feedback received from the last engagement session.
Note, due to scheduling conflicts there is 30-minute overlap between the Capacity Auction Enhancements session and the start of the Long-Term 2 RFP session.
