Updated Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Energy

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Energy and the IESO, which sets out respective accountabilities, relationships, roles and responsibilities has been updated to further clarify and streamline the operational working relationship between the IESO and the Ministry of Energy. The revised MOU does not affect the powers, duties or obligations of the IESO.
