Technical Panel Market Rule Amendment Determinations

The Technical Panel voted to recommend market rule amendment proposal MR-00477-R00 (2023 Capacity Auction Enhancements – Stream 2) to the IESO Board of Directors for review. This proposal amends the market rules to make a series of enhancements related to the upcoming 2023 Capacity Auction.
The Technical Panel also voted to recommend market rule amendment proposal MR-00478-R00 (Corrections to Intertie Flow Limits Amendment). A previous version of the amendment (MR-00468-R00) was incorrectly added to the Market Rules. If approved, this proposal would update the language to align with the correct version.
