New 12-Year Energy Efficiency Framework

Energy efficiency and demand-side management is often the first place the IESO turns to during electricity planning and continues to play a key role in reliability – which is why the Government of Ontario and the IESO are launching a bold new 12-year, $10.9 billion electricity Demand Side Management framework.
The new framework will provide continued and expanded opportunities through Save on Energy for residential and business electricity consumers in Ontario to manage their electricity use and costs and directly contribute to a reliable, affordable and sustainable electricity system.
