Dispatch scheduling error and adjustments made for May 1 to May 4, 2025

Based on a review of real-time market results, for select intervals of trade dates May 1, 2025 through May 4, 2025, a dispatch scheduling error (DSE) has been declared due to an incorrect calculation of the External Congestion and Net Interchange Scheduling Limit (NISL) price components. Settlement statements for affected market participants determined to be impacted by the DSE will include corrective amendments in accordance with the market rules.

The DSE during this period has resulted in settlement adjustment for the following charges:

  • May 3, 2025: Charge Types 1111 (Real-Time Energy Settlement Amount for Imports) and 1113 (Real-Time Energy Settlement Amount for Exports)
  • May 4, 2025: Charge Type 1113 (Real-Time Energy Settlement Amount for Exports)
  • May 31, 2025: Charge Types CT 1116 (Internal Congestion and Loss Residual) and CT 1120 (Real-Time Net Interchange Scheduling Limit Residual Uplift)

The DSE for May 1st and May 2nd did not result in any settlement adjustments. These amendments will appear on market participants’ recalculated settlement statement (RCSS-2) on August 15, 2025.
