January 31, 2026 preliminary settlement statement	Please be advised that the provincial transmission service rates, applicable to all transmission customers in Ontario who own facilities that are directly connected to the transmission system and that withdraw electricity from the system, will be updated effective January 01, 2026, and the new rates will be reflected on the 2026 month-end preliminary settlement statements, beginning with the January 31, 2026 preliminary settlement statement. Additionally, the export transmission service rate, applicable to all export energy transactions, will also be updated effective January 01, 2026, and will be reflected on the January 31, 2026 preliminary settlement statement. The updates are as follows: Network Service Rate (PTS-N), applicable to CT 650 will be $6.39/kW. Line Connection Service Rate (PTS-L) , applicable to CT 651 will be $1.03/kW. Transformation Connection Service Rate (PTS-T), applicable to CT 652 will be $3.47/kW. Export Service Rate (ETS), applicable to CT 653 will be $1.95/MWh. January 31, 2026 preliminary settlement statement

Please be advised that the provincial transmission service rates, applicable to all transmission customers in Ontario who own facilities that are directly connected to the transmission system and that withdraw electricity from the system, will be updated effective January 01, 2026, and the new rates will be reflected on the 2026 month-end preliminary settlement statements, beginning with the January 31, 2026 preliminary settlement statement.

Additionally, the export transmission service rate, applicable to all export energy transactions, will also be updated effective January 01, 2026, and will be reflected on the January 31, 2026 preliminary settlement statement.

The updates are as follows:

Network Service Rate (PTS-N), applicable to CT 650 will be $6.39/kW.
Line Connection Service Rate (PTS-L) , applicable to CT 651 will be $1.03/kW.
Transformation Connection Service Rate (PTS-T), applicable to CT 652 will be $3.47/kW.
Export Service Rate (ETS), applicable to CT 653 will be $1.95/MWh.
