Settlement Statements td > | In response to participant feedback, the IESO implemented changes to improve our month-end statement generation activities on the tenth business day of the month. The IESO expects that this, and other changes currently under development, will reduce processing time and allow statements to be published earlier. This was put into effect for Preliminary Settlement Statements (PSS), Final Settlement Statements (FSS), and Recalculated Settlement Statements (RCSS) starting today. Settlement Data files are not impacted by this change. As a result of this improvement, you may see slight formatting differences in how certain numeric values are presented, particularly the treatment of leading/tailing zeros and decimal precision (refer to the highlighted sections in the example provided below). The actual values remain unchanged. The statement format remains consistent with the IESO’s Format Specifications for Settlement Statement Files and Data Files (SPEC-365).
