The IESO will conduct a business registry search to confirm evidence of an active organization, including the registered officers, and current status. NOTE: The address registered as the principal place of business with the government registry is the address that will be used for the registration of the organization.
Provide any additional details on the organization's intent of registration with IESO. This may include the size, location or technology of a facility.
Mandatory contact roles must be established when an organization registers with the IESO and are to be maintained at all times. Persons registered for these roles must have active accounts with up-to-date contact information.
