The IESO will provide an update on the upcoming LT1 RFP, including procurement timelines, sequencing between the E-LT1 RFP and LT1 RFP, and areas of design the IESO will be seeking stakeholder feedback on.
The IESO MRP Team will provide an update on the Market Power Mitigation framework, including incremental updates to the market rules, market manuals, workbooks and other documentation. The presentation will highlight the areas of updates for the framework, including the Independent Review Process.
The IESO will present and seek feedback on draft market rule and manual amendments for the completed design enhancements included in Stream 1. Additional discussion topics will include; review of feedback received following the February 22, session, finalize modifications to the design of a Performance Adjustment Factor applied in capacity qualification, and administrative updates for the 2023 Capacity Auction.
