This engagement update provides a snapshot of all active IESO engagement activities and is updated on a monthly basis. It helps support a greater understanding of linkages between engagements, and a foundation for more comprehensive and integrated updates.
The IESO will review stakeholder feedback on the design memos for the following design topics: demand curve review, alternative to an HDR availability de-rate in qualification, and forced contributor outage proposal related to performance thresholds. The design memos will include the IESO’s recommended proposal for each item.
The IESO will report back to stakeholders on the feedback received through the October consultation sessions and summarize how it will inform the report back to the Ministry.
The OEB and IESO will host a joint engagement session on Distributed Energy Resources Integration Framework for Energy Innovation. The IESO and OEB will present an update on recent activities related to DERs and provide an opportunity for participants to share feedback.
