Market Power Mitigation Market Rules and Manuals

As part of the Market Renewal Program (MRP), the Market Power Mitigation batch of market rules and manuals are now available for stakeholder review.
This batch of documents will be open for stakeholder feedback until October 15. During the August 26 stakeholder engagement day, the IESO will provide an overview of how the documents are organized, point to where topics of interest can be found, and outline the stakeholder review schedule.
This release marks important progress on the MRP implementation phase and brings us another step closer to renewing Ontario's electricity markets to be more efficient, stable and competitive.
