IESO Exemptions Panel - Determinations on Reconsideration of Exemptions to the Market Rules

The IESO Exemptions Panel approved revised terms and conditions for exemption reconsiderations related to the following two dispatchable loads’ operations in the IESO-administered markets:
- Notice of Reconsideration #1308: ArcelorMittal Dofasco Inc.
- Notice of Reconsideration #1164: Ivaco Rolling Mills
The Exemptions Panel referred Notices of Reconsideration #1304 and #1305: Gerdau Long Steel back to the IESO and Gerdau for further discussion, and will decide on the reconsiderations at a future date.
