As part of September’s Capacity Auction Enhancements General and Technical engagement sessions, the IESO will: provide a response to stakeholder feedback from the July and August engagement sessions, continue discussion with stakeholders on the design of a settlement charge for HDR resources to be used in lieu of an availability de-rate in qualification, provide an update on the Hourly Demand Response standby trigger review, and present further details on a proposal to address large contributor forced outages in performance assessment. An updated timeline and future engagement topics will also be provided.
